The Cadre Building is a Timeless, Elegant Fixture of Downtown Memphis. The Cadre Building is a 36,000-square-foot historic Memphis landmark that’s open for all types of public and private events 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our event space features an elegant 13,000-square-foot grand ballroom with an overlooking 2,500-square-foot mezzanine and an additional landing area. Built-in 1928, at the height of the Art Deco movement, The Cadre Building’s rooms contribute a classic look to your event, accented with brilliant crystal chandeliers, intricately crafted columns detailed with hand-painted, gold-leaf molding, and a wall of large gold mirrors in the ballroom.
