Hey there, I’m Tim Burroughs. I work with first-time buyers, move-up buyers, sellers, and those relocating both locally and from a distance. I serve Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Kuna, Nampa, Caldwell, and Middleton, Idaho. My clients want the best homes they can afford, and with my appraisal background, I know what affects value, and my clients listen to my suggestions. I’ve been a Realtor for over 29 years and I have served over 1,700 families. The best praise I’ve ever received was when clients tell me they felt I really watched out for their best interests. That is the most important thing for me. Helping people to find what they are really wanting to own by listening to what they say allows me to find just the right house for them.
