Dr. Hadley Brighton is an assistant professor of clinical pediatrics at Weill Cornell Medicine and an assistant pediatric attending at NewYork-Presbyterian Komansky Children’s Hospital at Weill Cornell Medical Center and NewYork-Presbyterian/Lower Manhattan Hospital. Prior to joining Weill Cornell Medicine as faculty, she completed her Pediatric Hospital Medicine fellowship at the bi-campus program at NewYork-Presbyterian Columbia and Cornell Universities. After earning a B.A. in Spanish with a pre-medical concentration from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, Dr. Brighton received a Masters in medical sciences from Boston University. She went on to get her MD from Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine in Scranton, Pennsylvania and then completed her pediatric residency training at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. Dr. Brighton is board certified in Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). Her research focus has been on provider communication and the intersection of language and health with a goal of increasing equity for families with a primary language other than English. Dr. Brighton is fluent in English and Spanish.
