I’ve been a personal trainer since 2007. I graduated from WCSU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Meteorology and also studied Exercise Science. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and also hold certifications as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS) and a certification as a Youth Exercise Specialist (YES). I also have certifications and special training in Kettlebell Training, Spinning/Cycling, TRX Suspension Training, The CT Speed School, and as a Group Exercise Instructor.
My specialties as a trainer are Weight Loss Coaching, General Fitness and Toning, and training clients for specific events. My most common task as a trainer is weight loss, however I have trained many people for events or sports such as the CPAT, High School/College sports, ARMY physicals, 5ks, Spartan races, Powerlifting, etc.
