Evans & Clesi is primarily a litigation firm. Although most of our trial experience is in the area of casualty and insurance defense, we have handled cases in a wide variety of areas. Additionally, we represent plaintiffs primarily in the areas of hurricane issues, business interruption, employment and employment discrimination. Because of our close relationships with our defense clients, we do not accept plaintiff cases in those areas of concern for our defense clients. We also handle general civil and corporate litigation and non-litigation work.
