What a quality gunsmith should be. I gave my 870 to some joker in Town prior to the season. He said no problem. About 8 months later, I finally demanded that I come get it because he didn't even touch the gun. He couldn't even tell me where it was because he said he sent it out. Long story short...sent it to Steel Rain Armory for an extractor spring R&R and had it back like new in a few weeks. Great service.

Buying and selling ammo & firearms online made me a bit nervous for it was the first time placing a online gun purchase. Mr. Williams was very knowledgeable as well as very patient with me.
