Room 207, a hidden bar, presents a modern twist on its Prohibition-era forebears. It is the brainchild of hospitality visionary Rajesh Bhardwaj and Chief Mixologist Hemant Pathak, best known for their work at the world-renowned Junoon and Jazba.
