Barefoot Yoga Studio is a Hatha Yoga Studio offering Flow, Restorative, Beginner, and Advanced Group Classes. We believe Yoga is a way of life - come enjoy a group yoga class with our wonderful Yoga Teacher Staff Members!

We offer Yoga Immersion Retreats to various US & International destinations every year. Please view our website for upcoming yoga retreats. We are currently booking for Folly Beach, Asheville, Mount Rainier, and Guatemala; deadlines to register are online with more information including rates and accomodations.
In house we offer Mindfulness Therapy services by appointment. Reiki is also available. Private Yoga Classes may be requested by phone or email.
