Norwich Fitness Center is located at 2 Wisconsin Avenue in Norwich, and offers services including a traditional gym membership, youth sports (baseball, softball, & basketball) for boys & girls, as well as CrossFit classes occurring at 5am, 9am, 3:15pm, 4:30pm, and 6pm. Open gym in the CrossFit area is available from 10:00am to 3:15pm. Members wishing to use the Open Gym hours in the CrossFit area must be pre-approved by a licensed coach.
