For more than 30 years I have provided legal services to San Francisco Bay Area corporations, partnerships, limited liablity companies (LLC) and their owners. My office was located in San Francisco until 2001. Although I am located in the Northbay County of Marin, I represent clients thoughout the San Francisco Bay Area. New clients are accepted by referral from other professionals and from current and former clients.
