Dr. Donald Darst, owner of Midwest Regional Health Services, is thrilled to announce the sale of the practice to doctors: Kenneth Blad, Marge Bisenius, Toby Shinaut and Ryan Biga! This physician group has been working together and taking care of patients together for more than 10 years. The sale of the company to this new generation of physicians is a testament to their belief in independent practice—which allows for individual physician style - always putting the patient’s needs first. “It’s been one of my greatest joys to see the work we started here to carry on by the amazing team built over the last 18 years,” says Dr. Darst.
The loyal employees of MRHS are also excited to continue the legacy that was started in 2002. I can’t wait to see where the new owners take us.” says Chief Operating Officer, Shelley Henderson. The spirit of the clinic that became the very first primary care organization in the State of Nebraska to adopt and be recognized as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home by NCQA (put all out) will remain intact.

Midwest Regional Health Services continues to provide primary care to all ages. Office hours remain Monday through Saturday—with the evening, telehealth, and curbside appointments available. It is expected that the new ownership will live up to the motto… Let our family care for yours!
