I have been with Quest National for the past 10 months. In the past, I had a horrible experience with another billing company and honestly was extremely hesitant to try again after our biller resigned. After consulting with Adam at Quest, I really felt they would be a good fit. I decided to give it a shot. The switch from in-house billing to outsourced billing was much easier than we thought - their team was able to plug right into our system. Plus, the team was very quick to resolve any issues we had and to address any concerns we had along the way. Nothing is perfect but i will say they have increased our collections and decreased days in A/R. This has been a great decision for our practice!
