Susan Winslow knows and loves the Cape well, having lived on Cape Cod for the past 33 years and having spent summers here as a child since the sixties. She and her husband presently reside in Eastham where they raised three daughters. The Lower Cape is Susan’s area of expertise. After obtaining her Real Estate license in 1986 and working briefly in the industry, Susan began an extensive sales career in Newspaper Advertising with the local publication, The Cape Codder. Susan returned to real estate several years ago and joined Team Alberti. She brings with her a wealth of marketing and sales experience, and believes that Number One means putting You first – Your sale, Your purchase, Your referral. When not offering her services to Buyers and Sellers, Susan enjoys yoga, walking, reading, the beach and performing on stage. She is a well-known actor performing on stages in Cape Cod and Boston since 1986.
Larry Zdanis grew up on the East Coast and has lived and vacationed in various parts of the country, and has embraced the opportunity to make Cape Cod home. Larry has multiple engineering degrees, has worked on large-scale government contracts, and has extensive computing experience. He also has first-hand renovation experience in rough carpentry, finish carpentry, plumbing, electric, and more. He enjoys using his creativity to design or improve things, and he also enjoys teaching and helping others in his community. Larry loves the outdoors, including time spent boating, biking, surfing, skiing, and boarding. Dolores tactfully recruited Larry to ensure Team Alberti’s resources remain unmatched in their ability to satisfy the Cape’s savviest clientele.
