AlphaCor DX guarantees that all patient test results will be provided within 30 days of receiving the test sample or the patient will receive a full refund. However, if the customer does not properly provide the volume necessary to conduct the study, a refund will not be provided. We will supply a free replacement test kit one time, if the volume of fluid for the sample is not adequate. Additionally, if the customer contact information is incorrect, AlphaCor DX cannot guarantee a timely test result.
