A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the home. As your inspectors, we will inspect all of the major systems of your home and inform you of our observations. Most inspections take 3+/- hours, depending on the size and age of the home. We encourage our clients to join us during the inspection. This gives you the opportunity to see, first hand, anything that we might observe and ask questions. At the end of the inspection, we will give you a quick overview of the findings. You will receive an electronic version of the Inspection Report within 24 hours of the completion of the inspection.
