The AC unit went out. I called Prolific Air Conditioning and Heating LLC and Donny called me back in less than 30 minutes. I explained the problem and he was out in less than an hour. Donny diagnosed a problem with the starter and he had one in his truck, so he replaced it and checked the unit for other potential problems. On a day that is supposed to reach 111* We can't thank Donny enough for the outstanding service.

Donny and his team replaced my entire heating and cooling system. Can't say enough great things. Hard working nice guys. Stop searching, these are your guys and worth the wait if you wanna install some AC before it's hot and the States on fire again.

I'll definitely keep Prolific on speed dial for anything HVAC related. Great family business. Their online portal and payment options are great too and such a step up from a lot of old school appliance companies.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Donny was the most knowledgeable HVAC tech I have ever used. Extremely professional, and solved many problems that my unit had since it was first installed incorrectly. Just walking up to the unit, he could see several things wrong, and fixed them all at a very reasonable rate. I will only use this company in the future!
