Jean Castro, NP, received a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a master’s degree in nursing as a family nurse practitioner, both from University of Indianapolis. She began her career as a student nurse at Community Hospital East and then became a registered nurse at Community East’s progressive care unit/intensive care unit.
As a family nurse practitioner, she enjoys working with pediatric populations as well as older adults.
In her spare time, she enjoys running, painting, gardening and spending time outdoors. She loves learning about other cultures and traveling around the world.
