The Beach Shacks Team is under HomeSmart Sunshine Realty brokerage and has been providing quality Real Estate services such as listing and buying real estate for years. We have been around rentals on the beach in Destin and Perdido Key for over 20 years.

Carole Shackelford is the lead agent for the Beach Shacks Team, and with a nickname Shack it was combined with Beach Shacks. She mainly works with luxury properties in and around the beach. Carole is also a licensed agent in Alabama and Florida and a member of MLS services from Alabama all the way to Panama City. Carl Shackelford is also an agent working with Carole.

We do a lot of work in the Lost Key community and surrounding condos, houses, and townhouses.
