Over the past 25 years, Mr. Chanese has provided appraisal services for Federal Agencies, State Agencies, County and Municipal Governments. He has worked on redevelopment projects throughout Hudson County, Long Branch and Carteret. He has worked on Flood Control Projects in Bound Brook and along the Passaic River. Our government agency appraisals conform to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and the Uniform Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions guidelines and the requirements of Green Acres and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).
