Lynn Gavia first started in real estate in 1999 on the lending side, after personally facing a precarious housing situation that nearly left her homeless. Armed with a passion for the industry and a hunger to succeed, Lynn jumped into her career headfirst, trying to learn as much as she could as quickly as she could. Within two years, she again became a homeowner.
Lynn uses her past experiences as teaching moments and as a way to motivate her to ensure her client’s are successful and educated about the home buying process – whether they be first-time homebuyers or a multiple property owners. As a homeowner and seasoned real estate agent, Lynn prides herself on being able to quickly find solutions to complicated problems that her clients may face during the process.
But Lynn’s resourcefulness is not built just on her past experiences – she tries to keep up with current market trends and constantly learn new technologies. Throughout her career, Lynn has had several vocational training licenses and certificates, including License Loan Officer, Notary Public, and an FHA DE Underwriter, which she still holds today, in addition to her Real Estate License and Realtor status.
Lynn serves her clients with honesty and integrity, and uses those same traits to give back to her community. Being a “Realtor With a Reason” she is involved in multiple nonprofits and outreach programs, including St. Luke Community Concerns, where she is on the board, Uplift People of Elk Grove, Christy Cares Outreach, and Kiwanis of Laguna-Elk Grove, where she was elected as the 2020 President.
