Your Certified Professional Inspector is
licensed and insured and will have extensive field as well as class room training.
In addition to the requirements for state licensing our inspectors must complete an additional extensive training regimen to qualify for the Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) designation.

A written report will be sent to you and your real estate agent via e-mail so both of you will have an electronic copy to forward to lenders, insurance companies or others that may request it. Our reports are your property and will not be shared with anyone with out your written permission.
In addition to the written reports you will receive a flash drive containing all of the pictures taken at the inspection. Your flash drive will also have our “Home Owner Library” and several short videos. The “Home Owner Library” is your source for plain english explanations of many of the common issues we find during an inspection
