Kate works with a wide variety of patients including orthopedic, pelvic health, and balance/ fall prevention. She enjoys teaching individuals about anatomy and how the musculoskeletal system functions. When working with her patients she makes sure to look at the person as a whole. Kate is also a registered yoga instructor and enjoys teaching yoga classes. Outside of the clinic you can find her spending time with her family, hiking, running, stand up paddle boarding, reading, and sewing.
