Tyson started in the Heating & Air Conditioning field in 2004 just after high school. He and his wife married in 2006, and started Element Enterprise in 2017. They have 6 children, and he enjoys bringing them to work with him whenever he can. Tyson has fond memories of riding in the tractor with his dad, and working alongside him on the farm. By involving the kids in work, he hopes they too, can have some similar memories, and hopefully learn a good work ethic along the way.
