Treat patients with dignity, respect and compassion; treat them the way you would want your own loved ones treated by medical professionals. To the best of my ability apply the most current and substantive evidence-based medicine when making decisions about a patient's care. Work collaboratively with all members of the patient's care team so that the patient will have the best outcome while minimizing errors.
