Babe Kombucha is named after Charles' beloved grandmother Marguerite Marie Zimmerman. Babe was the quintessential Californian. She lived on fresh foods and fresh air. She had a love of the ocean and the outdoors. This love of life and respect of what is good for our souls is what we embody in our Kombucha. Our kombucha and Yerba Mates are Certified USDA Organic and we use premium, high quality ingredients to create a delicious, refreshing and easy to drink kombucha and Mate. Her story lives on through our family company Babe Brewing Co.
