Personal and Semi-Private (Groups of 2-3) Training Sessions offered. 3 Stations with their respective points of emphasis: Turf, Rack, and Bench. Turf focuses on core, moblity, functional movements involving bands, kettlebells, discs, and stability balls. The Rack station focuses on strength and functional movements as well involving a barbell, plates, a pulley system, and a suspension training. The Bench station focuses on building strength and muscle performing accessory lifts using dumbbells and battle ropes.
