Dr. Tay has been practicing Vascular and Endovascular Surgery in the San Jose area since July of 2004. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology at the University of California at Davis in 1993. Dr. Tay received his MD at Eastern Virginia Medical School in 1998.
