Carlie Yearsley is a certified nurse midwife (CNM) at Intermountain Health’s Alta View Clinic in Sandy, Utah. She supports women in Sandy, Murray, Midvale, and surrounding communities, providing primary health care services for women from adolescence beyond menopause. Other services provided include gynecologic and family planning services, preconception care, care during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. She provides physical examinations, prescribe medications including contraceptives, order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests; admit, manage, and discharge women during labor and the postpartum period at Alta View Hospital.
Carlie received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Southern Utah University, followed by a Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree in Nurse-Midwifery and a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner at University of Utah in 2012. Carlie is certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board and maintains professional affiliations including the American College of Nurse Midwives and the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in women's health. Outside the clinic, Carlie enjoys camping and boating, spending time with her family. Her hobbies include cooking and baking, gardening, and reading.
