Our tree had never had any maintenance, so it was really overgrown. I expressed my concern that I wanted to trim the tree in the winter before the spring babies were born - he said he's concerned about animals, and sometimes leaves branches with nests and comes back later to trim that part of a tree. The tree trimming went smoothly and the tree is much smaller and shaped, and they took all the branches/trimmings. And importantly for us, the tree is no longer an attractive nuisance where people can hide behind it at night. I'd strongly recommend Alive Tree Service.
