For nearly three decades, Park Karate has been offering families all across the Tri-State Area access to professional martial arts training. Our classes incorporate physical fitness, self-defense and traditional Songahm Taekwondo, taught with a focus on life skills, all in a supportive, positive environment. We have training for students as young as three AND we're offering an incredible Teen and Adult program where students of all experience levels can thrive.
