Jenny Borde established Alpha Montessori in 1997 after she moved to the area with her children Marc and Michelle who were in elementary school at the time. Over 26 years later, Jenny has taught her grandchildren at Alpha, and working alongside her youngest son Nick! Jenny received her education in England as a teacher and nurse in the early 1970s. She got her child development associate degree when she later moved to Houston, TX. Jenny is Montessori Certified and her passion for making a difference in the lives of her students has helped her create a unique style of educare – educating and caring for our youngest students while instilling a love for humanity with family values that teach respect, compassion, gratitude and love in a world where anything is possible.
