Nicole Reeves has been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years. Her experience is all-encompassing of the mortgage process with previous positions in origination, operations, and administration. She is an expert in construction lending and is well versed in all mortgage loan programs, including government and secondary products. She repeatedly exceeds expectations and delivers exceptional customer service to each borrower.
Nicole has consistently ranked among SouthState's top performers, earning the 2020 Chairman's Club Award, 2021 & 2022 Diamond Elite Awards, and the 2024 President's Award - all in recognition of her outstanding annual sales volume.
Nicole has a bachelor's degree with a concentration in finance from Montreat College. She is very active in her community. She enjoys spending time on the lake, reading, and Clemson football. Go Tigers!
