As an expert in preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Pierson has practiced dentistry for more than 25 years and acquires nearly 100 hours of additional continuing education every year. After completing his undergraduate studies at Dillard University in New Orleans, Dr. Pierson began medical research at Louisiana State University in pharmacology and anatomy. Already a published researcher, he went on to receive his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Howard University in Washington and is a graduate in Advanced General Dentistry from Temple University. A former faculty member of the Oral Medicine Department at Temple University, he is also a graduate of the Facial Rehabilitation Program of New York University.
