Frank N Steam Carpet was started in 2005 when the owner moved to Penn Valley, California, for a better way of life. He was not interested in starting a new business as he had retired in 1998. After investing in another company by purchase of a carpet truck, he was satisfied with the percentage he could benefit from it. Three months into this investment, the truck fell down the side of a mountain. That same truck was rebuilt and earned the name Frankenstein, making Frank N Steam Carpet a business built on resilience and integrity.
