I chose primary care because I’m passionate about helping patients achieve long-term wellness —whether through promoting a healthy lifestyle, managing chronic conditions, or preventing future complications. My path to becoming a nurse practitioner was influenced by observing family members improve their health through preventive measures, as well as by my experience as a registered nurse in the hospital. There, I witnessed firsthand how many hospitalizations could have been avoided with effective primary care. I believe that a combination of education, sustainable lifestyle changes, and appropriate medical treatment is key to maintaining health. In my free time, I enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors hiking, exploring new places, and appreciating nature. I also value time spent with my family, friends, and cat.
