I'm an associate professor of orthopedics at University of Vermont Medical Center, specializing in adult trauma and lower extremity reconstructive surgery. My clinical focus includes complex hip and knee arthroplasty, periprosthetic fractures, traumaplasty, robotic-assisted surgery and post-traumatic joint reconstruction.I'm also a nationally recognized educator and researcher and am actively involved with the AO Foundation, the Orthopaedic Trauma Association, the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons, the Anterior Hip Foundation and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Through these organizations, I contribute to resident education, clinical guidelines, scientific symposia and peer-reviewed publications.In addition to my clinical and academic roles, I serve as chair of the Orthopaedic Trauma Association Podcast Committee, program chair for the New England Orthopedic Society and champion of the University of Vermont’s Total Joint Health Program
