She believes good care comes from clear communication and working as a team to make the best health decisions. Dr. Parikh focuses on prevention and teaches patients how diet, exercise, and mental health affect overall wellbeing. She helps patients make small changes to avoid chronic illnesses like diabetes and high blood pressure. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her husband and two teenage daughters.
