Cherie grew up among the tumbleweeds in Benton City, WA. She fell in love with Spokane the first time she visited, for the 1974 World’s Fair. Over the years, she visited many times to march in the Torch Light Parade with the Ki-Be band, and loved it more and more each time. After Cherie graduated from Ricks College in Rexburg, ID in 1985 with a degree in Family Development, her husband’s career took them all over the country—they moved from Idaho to Missouri, then on to Utah, back to Idaho, and finally to Spokane in 1996. She found her calling in Real Estate in 2017, and has since worked with Realtypath and Keller Williams, before joining the Coldwell Banker Tomlinson team in 2020. In her free time, she enjoys picking huckleberries, hiking Tubbs Hill, canning, and traveling the world with her family. With 12 grandchildren of her own, Cherie understands the value of family. For her, working in Real Estate is about much more than just buying or selling homes—it’s about connecting with her clients and helping them find the best home to fit the needs of their family.
