Emily Gao, MD, is a Family Medicine physician at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. In 2016, Dr. Gao earned her Bachelor of Science and Arts in biology, with honors, from the University of Texas at Austin. After she earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 2020, Dr. Gao completed a Family medicine residency at McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas health Science Center at Houston in 2023. With an evidence-based approach, Dr. Gao provides care for a broad range of chronic and acute conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, obesity, asthma, allergies, and thyroid disease. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in November 2023.
