We have completed many different types of inspections. We provide an objective, and thorough inspection of the property. Acadian Home Inspection LLC. provides electronic reports within 24 hours. Our reporting system allows full customization with color photographs, this is not a canned report. Unique conditions found during your inspection will be included in your report. You will understand every item by the time we are finished.
Buyers are strongly encouraged to follow along on the inspection, so conditions can be explained and important items can be pointed out such as where water and gas shut offs are. We only ask for the sake of the client's safety not to follow on the roof and stand back when the electrical panel is uncovered and inspected. If you choose not to follow don't worry everything will be included in the report.
