We at Italo AS Fine Foods strive to serve our community with the freshest mozzarella and a selection of fine cheese ands meats and homemade sausage products.Owner, Italo, was born and raised in Salerno, Italy. At 20 years old, Italo opened the doors to his first butcher shop located in his hometown. Italo took great pride in serving his neighborhood with the highest quality of meats. Italo served his community in this location for over 30 years until he decided to take his wife and children to America. Here in America Italo stayed within the food business. In 2014, Italo decided to open the doors to his own salumeria. This is how Italo AS Fine Foods was born.
