Everyone is so friendly and willing to help. You never feel judged or like you are being left behind. Best workout ive had in a long time, highly recommend to anyone who cannot seem to find the right work out

So glad I joined ILoveKickboxing Summerville! The workouts are challenging, but fun. The classes are great for all skill levels, thanks to the awesome trainers! They are very helpful when it comes to improving your technique and keeping you motivated. I was also impressed with my first day experience. Sometimes going to a new gym or starting a new program can be intimidating if you don't know what to expect. They take the time to call you before your first class, and have you come in early the day of so they can show you around the gym and give you all the info you need. I look forward to these workouts and love that I can feel myself getting stronger!
