Dr. Patrick S. Kelley is a board-certified ophthalmologist with fellowship training in cornea and refractive surgery. He specializes in refractive and cataract surgery, including IOL implantation, and the diagnosis and treatment of corneal diseases. Dr. Kelley earned his BS from the University of Maryland and his MD from the Medical College of Ohio, and served over 20 years as an Air Force ophthalmologist and chief surgeon.
