Dr. Lipovetskiy is a skilled dentist who has been serving the Fort Lauderdale community for over 29 years. He was born and raised in Russia, with his family tree almost completely made up of dentists. Dr. Lipovetskiy completed his first dental degree at one of the top schools in Russia — Perm State Medical University — in 1988. He got his second degree in a private American School – Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1994.
