Dr. Jessica O'Neil obtained her B.S. in Biology from Delaware State University and both her B.S. in Visual Science and Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. She completed a residency in Ocular Disease at Seidenberg Protzko Eye Associates in Maryland. Dr. O'Neil specializes in pediatric care, ocular emergencies, and retinal evaluations. She is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the North Carolina Optometric Society.
