You’re never too old to start a new adventure in life! Our adult classes focus on health, wellness and fitness in a fun atmosphere. We offer martial arts classes that will take you to your black belt while achieving a full body workout. In addition to martial arts classes we offer a striking class geared around kick boxing. Through this process you will learn real life self defense tactics and gain new friendships.
