Elissa Shipman - 3rd Generation I became a staff member in 1982 and in August 2017 became the agent for Shipman & Associates, Inc. I was property and casualty licensed in 1985, Life and Health licensed in 1990 and graduated from Washburn University with a Business Finance Degree. I respect and believe in the values and accomplishments of the previous generations and I am now fulfilling my dream to become the 3rd generation agent and upholding 35 years of my client relationships.
