We invite patients and caregivers to take part in confidential surveys. We pay you $100 per hour of your time if you qualify and take part. We send a $5 thank you gift card for signing up, and $5 for each qualified referral. We never share your personal information. We've paid patients over $4.8 million since our founding in 2013.
