About

Mat and Britnee Cable, married since 2010, are the proud owners of Fresco Pizzeria & Pastaria. They have two little girls and family is their first priority and motivation for the family-friendly food and atmosphere they’ve created at Fresco.

Mat grew up around his family’s local gelato and Italian Ice business, Gina’s. He worked at multiple pizzerias but spent the majority of his adult life at Fresco. Mat’s family's entrepreneurial background led him to develop the business plan he uses today.

Now Fresco is 100% independently owned by Mat and Britnee and with the recent expansion they are excited to experience what the future brings!
