I was referred to Allson Kitchens by a friend of mine. Before meeting Allen I met with various other contractors none of which I liked for different reasons. When I met Allen for the first time I was very impressed by his personal approach, and high level of professionalism. Allen was always very patient listening to our wishes and concerns, providing advice and recommendations, outlining different options. Allen helped us with design since we did not have a clear idea when we started. The installation process also went very well, actually Allen was able to accommodate our last moment request to change the installation date due to an emergency family situation. His patience amazed me through the entire process. It is worth mentioning that Allen and his team provides great customer support after the installation is done. I damaged a shelf from one of the cabinets (totally my fault) and it was fixed in 5 minutes when I brought it to the office. This was our best decision to hire A
